MAH offer a full subcontract machining & finishing solution. The finishing of a product can be an important step in preparing your components for their unique application. In order for our expert team to best advise you on the most appropriate finish for your products, we conduct in-depth consultations and work to understand the needs of your project.
The following finishes can be offered for all machined and turned parts:
Plating
Plating is used for conductive metal components, protecting the component’s surface with a thin layer of metal to enhance longevity and avoid corrosion.
Polishing
Metal polishing provides a uniform, highly aesthetic surface on metal components, which can also enhance the corrosion resistance. This procedure is often used alongside Plating.
Vibro Deburring
Vibro Deburring is for the removal of imperfections and sharp edges from machined products’ surface, ensuring your products are safe and ready for use.
Heat Treatment
Heat treatments are available for metal components when looking to achieve desired properties such as case hardening or through hardening.
Painting
Achieve a variety of looks with an industrial liquid paint coat on components for high quality surface finishes.
Powder Coating
Powder coating offers a highly protective yet aesthetic coating for metals and plastics, protecting against wear, corrosion, abrasion, and chipping.
Anodising
For aluminium and aluminium alloy components, anodising is a UV stable protective coating, protecting against corrosion and wear.
Laser Etching/Engraving
Laser Etching/Engraving is used for part identification, batch numbering, and product aesthetics.
