Our CNC turning capabilities hold repeatable high tolerances, all of which are all integrated with fully automated 65mm Hydrafeed bar feed.
The automated bar feed ensures complete efficiency, and the ability to undertake lights out CNC turning, automatically loading bars for uninterrupted manufacturing.
All this is in addition to the reduced labour costs associated with automated hydrafeed,
enabling customers to benefit from better cost-efficiency measures.
Inspections are carried out throughout the machining process, utilising quality inspection equipment to ensure parts are manufactured to customer specifications.
